Description

No 16 Market Place is a shop built in the early 19th century, featuring a late 19th-century shop front. The building is constructed of painted brick and topped with a pantile roof. It has three storeys and a single bay front. The entrance is an off-centre half-glazed panelled door with a plain fanlight above it. To the left of the door is a single plain shop window, flanked by fluted wooden pilasters. The first and second floors each have a single glazing bar sash window.
