Description

Binbrook Hill Farm is a farmhouse built around 1840. It is constructed of yellow brick with painted stucco dressings and features a hipped slate roof with grey tile dressings. The building has an L-plan layout and is two stories high with a three-bay front. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed panelled door with a traceried fanlight above, flanked by fluted pilasters that support an open pediment. On either side of the entrance are single tall glazing bar sash windows, while the first floor has three shorter windows of a similar style. All windows are topped with splayed stucco lintels.
