Binbrook Walk House is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the early 19th century. It is constructed of colourwashed brick and features brick coped tumbled gables with kneelers, topped by a pantile roof and two gable stacks. The building is designed in an L-shape and has two storeys with a garret. The front is three bays wide, showcasing a dog tooth eaves course. The central entrance consists of a glazed door framed by fluted timber pilasters that support a flat hood, with single bordered sash windows on either side. The first floor also has three similar windows. Additionally, there is a blocked garret light in the gable.
