Description
The Barn and Gin Gang at Binbrook Hill Farm, built around 1840, is a two-storey, three-bay structure made of red brick with hipped pantile roofs featuring tile dressings. The barn has a plain eaves course and includes two planked doors with semi-circular heads, along with a rectangular planked opening on the right. On the first floor, there are two segmental-headed planked doors and four sets of breather slots on each floor. The single-storey gin house, located at the left end, has a facetted end, with roof timbers supported by brick piers; most of its open sides are now planked. Inside, there is a massive tie beam for a central pivot, which supports a king post roof.
