Description

The eastern portion of the premises occupied by Eve and Renshaw is a 18th-century, three-storey brick house located on Eastgate. It features a pantile roof and dentilled eaves. The building has six windows on the first and second floors, which are squat sashes set in wide wooden cases that are almost flush with the wall. The windows have flat arched heads with keystones and no glazing bars. The ground floor has been modernized. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 22 to 28 (even), Nos 32 to 40 (even), and the Market Hall.
