Description

The pigeoncote east of Merrifield's Farmhouse dates from the mid-19th century and is constructed of red brick. It has a circular plan and features three stages that taper towards the top, with each stage separated by a brick moulded string course. There is a doorway on the west side, which is set in a rectangular, slightly projecting doorcase and has a plank door. Additionally, there is a broken opening on the east side. Merrifield's Farmhouse is not included in this listing.
