Description
Mill House is a mid-18th century building with 19th century additions and alterations. It is constructed of red brick with rough cast render and features a pantile roof, which has a single brick coped gable and a partly external gable and ridge rendered stacks. The house is designed in an L-plan and has two storeys plus a garret. The front has four bays, with the right-hand end bay being an advanced 19th century addition. There is a brick band at the first floor level and a dentillated eaves course. The entrance is off-centre with a 19th century door that has a plain overlight, set within a projecting gabled brick porch. To the left of the door are two glazing bar sash windows, and on the first floor, there are two similar windows, all featuring flat brick arched heads.
