Description

This is an early 19th-century house on Queen Street, Spilsby. It is constructed of colourwashed brick in an English garden wall bond pattern. The roof is tiled with pantiles and has brick coping to the gables, with two brick gable stacks. The two-storey, three-bay front has a central half-glazed, panelled front door, flanked by single glazing bar sash windows. Above are three smaller, similarly styled windows. All windows have segmental brick heads.
