Description
Dean's Farmhouse is a farmhouse from the mid-18th century that has been altered in the 20th century. It is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond with a concrete plain tiled roof and features two brick gable stacks. The building has a T-plan layout and is two storeys high with a five-bay front and a brick band at the first floor level. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door with panelled reveals, set within a 20th-century wooden pedimented doorcase that is flanked by pairs of glazing bar sash windows. The first floor has five similar windows, all of which have segmental brick heads. On the right-hand gable, there is a Sun Insurance fire mark. At the rear, there is a later 19th-century service range.
