Description

61 High Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It was originally built in the 17th century and has been altered in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building features a timber frame with render and a slate roof, which has one coped gable.

The exterior consists of two storeys with attics and a three-bay front. On the ground floor, there is a planked door on the left and a 20th-century shop front on the right. The first floor has three divided sash windows, and there is a single two-light lead-covered dormer. In the south gable, remnants of the timber frame structure are visible, including a first-floor beam, three studs, and two arch braces.

The interior has not been inspected.
