Description

No. 93 High Street is a house that has been converted into a shop. It has origins dating back to the 16th century, with alterations made in the 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. The building features a timber frame, rendered brick, and a pantile roof.

The exterior is two stories high with a three-bay front. It has a 20th-century shop front that includes pilasters and a panelled stallriser on the right, along with an open passageway to the rear on the left. On the first floor, there are three 20th-century glazing bar sash windows. At the rear, there is an 18th-century wing that also has glazing bar sashes.

Inside, the building retains a spine beam and timber framing in the north gable wall, which includes vertical posts and arched braces.
