Description

The building at 7 and 9 Spa Lane consists of two dwellings, originally dated 1740 and subsequently remodelled in the early 19th century. It is constructed of rendered brickwork and has a Welsh slate roof. The two-storeyed, three-bay facade features a central doorway with an overlight in an architrave, flanked by canted bay windows. Upper-floor windows are tripartite sashes with small panes of glass. Gable end stacks are present. A rear wing is characterised by dentilated eaves. A datestone indicates the original construction date of 1740.
