Description

Ley Farmhouse is a 16th century timber-framed house featuring a stone plinth, with some areas of red brick and plastered infill. The building has a tiled roof and stands one and a half storeys high, with two gabled dormers. Inside, there is some exposed close studding on the rear wall, located on the north-eastern side. The interior also boasts massive chamfered ceiling beams and a curved wooden lintel above an off-centre fireplace. The doors have moulded architraves and there are modern casement windows. Additionally, there is a red brick cross wing on the north-eastern side of the house.
