Description

Southwood House is a late 18th century red brick farmhouse, dated 1780. It has a cornice to the eaves and coped gable ends. The roof is not visible. The house is three storeys high and has two windows on each floor. The windows are late 18th or early 19th century casements, with cambered head linings. The ground and first floor windows have glazing bars. A two-storey wing extends to the east with two casement windows. The front entrance is through a porch with a pair of six-panel doors.
