Description
The former stable block to Staunton Harold Hall is a late 18th-century building constructed in brick, forming a quadrangle. The east range is two storeys high and consists of nine bays, featuring a central pavilion with a Palladian window set in a recessed arch on the ground floor, and a triple-light sash window above. Although many window spaces are blind, all have stone sills and finely gauged heads. There is a stone string course and an eaves cornice. The south front displays a wide three-bay section flanked by two pedimented and slightly projecting end bays, with double coach doors that have segmental arched heads at the end bays and in the centre.
