81A Market Street is a building from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It features a rendered exterior with a band at the second floor sill height, a brick eaves cornice, and a slate roof. The building stands three storeys tall and has two windows, which are sashes with moulded architraves and late 19th-century glazing. The ground floor includes an extension of the shop front from No 81, complete with a cornice and end stops.
