Description

Jasmine Cottage is a 17th-century cottage with 19th-century alterations. It is constructed from ironstone laid in rough courses and has a pantile roof. The cottage is one storey high, with a dormer attic window. A central 19th-century door is flanked by 19th-century casement windows on each side, all with glazing bars and set beneath timber lintels. The gabled roof has a long, sloping dormer window to the left of centre. A high parapet to the south retains a prominent kneeler. The corresponding north gable parapet has been incorporated into an abutting 19th-century house, which is not part of the listed building. An internal north gable end stack is present.
