Description

House, dating from the mid-18th century. It was originally built as an extension to the Old Rectory (listed separately) and is now a separate house. The house is constructed of painted brick with a roof of black glazed pantiles. The ground floor of the east side is largely hidden by a 20th-century single-storey flat-roofed extension. A late 20th-century top-hung casement window is visible on the first floor. The gabled roof retains a high parapet on the south side and has an internal gable-end stack. A further single-storey brick extension, dating from the late 18th century, was added to the south gable, featuring a saw-toothed eaves cornice, a gable parapet, and an internal end stack.
