Description

No. 30 Park Street is a cottage dating from the early 18th century, with an earlier 16th-century core. The building features cruck framing internally and is constructed externally of brick, topped with a plain tiled roof. It has four bays and was formerly a shop, with one and a half storeys. A 19th-century shop window with small panes is located to the right, followed by a doorway. There is another doorway that has been blocked, flanked by three light casement windows. Above, there are three gabled dormers, and the cottage has gable and axial stacks.
