Description

No. 31 Park Street is a house, possibly the School Master's House, dating from around 1840. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building is narrow, with two bays and stands two and a half storeys high. There is a doorway to the right that has a two-centred arch beneath a flat parapet porch. To the left, there is a canted bay window, and above, there are casement windows with two and three lights, along with a two-light window in the gabled attic. All the windows have drop-ended hood moulds and ornate latticed glazing. The house has gable end stacks and is included for its group value.
