Description

This is a cottage adjoining Hill Farmhouse, built in the early 19th century with an earlier core. It features painted brickwork and a Welsh slate roof. The cottage is 1½ storeys high and has a three-unit plan. The doorway is located to the right within a gabled porch that has a round-headed archway. To the left of the doorway, there is a two-light casement window with a flat timber lintel. A canted bay window is corbelled out to the left, and there is a hipped gabled dormer above. The cottage has a single axial stack.
