Description

Pine House is an early 18th-century house, although it has been altered. It is constructed of brick with a roof of Swithland slate. The house is two storeys high and three bays wide. A new porch sits centrally, with a new French window to its left. The window on the right-hand side is a three-light casement with a cambered brick head and a stuccoed key. The three upper windows are also in a matching style. Two brick bands run across the facade, and there is a deep moulded eaves cornice. Three new dormers have been added to the roof. Gable end stacks are present.
