Description

The kitchen garden wall, located to the east-north-east of Cotesbach Hall, dates from the 18th century and was raised in height later in the 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick in English bond, standing approximately 9 metres high, though it slopes down to a lower level at the west end. The wall measures about 90 metres in length on the north side and returns south at the east end for about 40 metres.
