Description
This is a school building from the mid-19th century, designed in the Puginian Gothic style. It is constructed of well-coursed ironstone rubble and features a chamfered plinth, with a Welsh slate roof adorned with terracotta cresting. The small structure includes a single two-light stone mullioned window with a chamfered lintel on the south elevation, and a buttressed outshot porch to the right. The porch has a doorway on its inner face with a shouldered lintel and a small quatrefoil window on its outer face. There is a gathered chimney located between the window and the outshut. The east gable wall displays paired squared lights with chamfered lintels, set beneath a heavy two-centred arched hoodmould, with a round window at the apex. The west gable is similarly detailed, featuring a round window with a glazed star. The building has overhanging eaves.
