Description

The entrance gate piers and gates at Carlton Curlieu Hall date from around 1800 and are constructed from ashlar and wrought iron. The pair of stone piers stands approximately 3 meters high and features a moulded plinth and cornice, along with a blocking course and a concave pedestal that supports a stone ball. The wrought iron gates are adorned with scrolled cresting.
