Description

This is a milepost located opposite the junction of the lane to Gilmorton, dating from the late 19th century. It is made of cast iron and has a triangular shape. The left face of the milepost is inscribed with "TO LUTTERWORTH 2 MILES," while the right face reads "TO HARBORO 11 MILES." At the top, there is an oval stamp featuring the Royal Arms of Queen Victoria.
