This is a late 17th and 18th century house. It is constructed of granite and slate rubble stone, with brick dentilled eaves and a Swithland slate roof topped by end stacks. The front elevation features two and a half storeys with two 3-light casement windows, each with a cambered lintel. To the left is a large 20th-century glazed porch with a Swithland slate roof, containing a door and a single-light window. A further 3-light casement window is located to the right. On the left end of the house is a tall staircase window, and two single-light casements feature in a brick gable. Further to the left, a two-storey rear wing includes a 20th-century extension with a 2-light casement on each floor. On the right end of the main house, a single-storey extension is also present, with a rendered gable above containing a 2-light casement. A further rear wing features a door and a 3-light casement, with two large 20th-century windows in the wing extension above. Internally, the house has chamfered beams on both floors, some with run-out stops, and an inglenook fireplace.
