Description
Millstream Cottage is a house, originally two cottages, dating from the 18th century. It is constructed of red brick, which has been whitewashed on the front, and features a thatched roof with brick ridge and end stacks, the one on the right end projecting. The building consists of two ranges; the left range has coped gables and is two storeys high, with a three-light centre-opening casement that includes top lights. The right range is one and a half storeys tall and has three two-light eyebrow dormers above a wooden porch that has a thatched roof, a part-glazed door, and a one-light window. Additionally, there are two three-light centre-opening casements with top lights. On the left end, there is a lean-to with a Welsh slate roof, which has a similar casement and a two-light casement in the gable above. At the rear, there is a one and a half storey wing with an additional stack.
