Description

The cottages at 132 and 134 Main Street date to approximately 1860. They are a pair of buildings constructed of slate and granite rubble stone, with a dressed stone plinth, stone sills and lintels, and buff brick dressings. Stone hood moulds are present above the ground-floor windows. The roof is slate, with a red brick ridge and end stacks. The front elevation has two storeys, featuring four 2-light casement windows on each floor. Small gables are positioned above the windows. The ground floor has a door, a 2-light casement window, a second door, and a further 2-light casement window to the right.
