Description
Longlands Farmhouse is a house dating from around 1800. It features a long range constructed of slate and granite rubble stone, with some parts rendered, and is topped with a Swithland slate roof that has two brick ridge stacks. The building has two storeys and includes seven windows on the first floor, which are horizontal sliding sashes with two and three lights. On the ground floor, there are three three-light casements and one one-light casement. The entrance has a door with an overlight, and the ground floor is detailed with brick dressings and cambered lintels, most of which have blue brick sills. The right end of the house has 20th-century windows.
