Description
No. 106 is a cottage from the 18th century, featuring early 19th-century windows. It is constructed of slate and granite rubble stone, with some areas rendered, topped by a Swithland slate roof and red brick stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and includes two sets of three-light horizontal sash windows. There is a central door with an overlight above it. The cottage is accented with buff brick dressings and has cambered lintels over the ground floor windows. Inside, there are beams, including one with ogee stopping to chamfer. At the rear, there is a two-storey extension from the 19th century, and a long outhouse extends from the left end of the building.
