Description

The Lock-Up is a lock-up building from the late 18th century located on Main Street in Ticknall. It is constructed of red brick with sandstone dressings and features a small octagonal shape. The south side has a doorway with a stone lintel and jambs, leading to a studded plank door. At the base of the octagonal brick spire, there is a chamfered stringcourse. Inside, the building includes a fireplace.
