BRAMPTON BASLOW ROAD (North side) Farm outbuilding to the west of Rufford Farmhouse

GV II

Farm outbuilding. Mid C19. Coursed gritstone with ashlar dressings, coped gables, and a graduated slate roof. Gable parallel to road, but not at right angles to the body of the building. East elevation single storey and three bays, with quoined doorway to the two outer bays, the southern doorway with an adjacent window with a shallow segmental arched head, and a small-paned cast-iron window frame. Plain planked doors. Quoined central double opening with plank doors. Gable to road with shallow arched cast-iron window frame with nine panes.
