Description

No. 20 The Settlement is a house that has been converted into flats. It was built in 1757 as part of the Moravian Settlement and has undergone early and late 19th-century alterations. The building is made of red brick and features a slate roof with a brick gable stack on the south side, as well as a plain eaves band.

The main elevation includes a panelled door with a segmental head to the north and an uneven glazing bar sash with a segmental head to the south. Above these, there are two glazing bar sashes, also under segmental heads, and further up, a pair of adjoining sashes located beneath the eaves. The long side elevation displays an irregular arrangement of glazing bar sashes.
