PARISH OF OSMASTON OFF LIME AVENUE (South Side) Small boat house on main lake in Osmaston Park

Boat house. Late 1840s, probably by Stevens of Derby. Brick tunnel vault and sandstone ashlar dressings. Round arched entrance from lake with raised square outer moulding, rising from projecting impost blocks. Steps down to simple round arched doorway from land side.
