Description
The small boat house on the main lake in Osmaston Park dates from the late 1840s and is likely the work of Stevens of Derby. It features a brick tunnel vault with sandstone ashlar dressings. The entrance from the lake is round arched and has a raised square outer moulding that rises from projecting impost blocks. There are steps leading down to a simple round arched doorway on the land side.
