Description
This is an early 19th century tenement range located at 30-46 Water Lane, Cromford. The building is constructed of coursed stone rubble, arranged over three storeys. It features nine two-light mullioned windows, most of which have been fitted with later casement windows. There are also nine doorways, with later gabled wooden canopies supported by brackets on the doorways of numbers 32, 38, 44, and 46.
