Description

This outbuilding, located 5 yards southeast of Eastside Cottages, dates from around 1870. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with a single brick ridge stack. The building has a T-plan layout and is a single storey. The west elevation includes a segmental arched window and two segmental arched doorways, all with plank doors and chamfered surrounds. There is a similar doorway on the side. The rear elevation has two pig sties with stone coped pen walls and two loft entrances above. This outbuilding is listed for its group value only.
