Description
This boundary post, located on the south side of Derby Road in Brailsford, dates from the early 19th century and is made of cast iron. It has a triangular shape with a sloping upper section that rises to a back plate featuring a curved top. The post is inscribed with the words "COUNTY OF DERBY PARISH BOUNDARY BRAILSFORD PARISH EDNASTON TOWNSHIP J HAYWOOD JUNR PHOENIX FOUNDRY DERBY."
