Description

The Church Stable, built in 1754, is a stable constructed from red brick, featuring a plain tile roof and brick coped gables with plain kneelers. It has a sawtooth eaves band on both the south and north sides and includes a single brick stack at the southwest corner. The building is single storey with a gabled elevation facing east, which has a broad entrance beneath a wooden lintel, fitted with double gates. Above the entrance is a stone plaque that reads, "This stable was built at ye expense and for the ufe of the Parish 1754." There is also one small later window on the south side. A lean-to structure on the west side is not considered of listable quality.
