GV II Early C19. Roughcast with stucco plinth and moulded plaster eaves. Three storeys, three windows with glazing bars intact and moulded pediments on pilaster brackets to second storey. Two windows in moulded architraves with curved pediments to lower storey; added circa 1900. Stuccoed Roman arched doorcase with glazed segment. Cast iron balcony to first floor. Occupants have made fishing tackle since 1763. Remains of original workshop at rear.

Nos 17 to 41 (odd) form a group.
