Description

21 and 23 Church Street are 18th-century buildings made of red brick with a tiled roof. They stand three stories tall and feature three sash windows with glazing bars. There is a side carriageway that has an elliptical arch. The mid-19th-century shop front at No 23 includes a dentil cornice and pilasters, although only the vertical glazing bars remain. The shop window at No 21 has a slight bay and fluted pilasters, with both vertical and one horizontal glazing bar still visible. These buildings are part of a group that includes Nos 17 to 41 (odd).
