Description

This outbuilding, located 5 yards northeast of Eastside Cottages in Osmaston, dates from around 1870. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with a single brick ridge stack. The building has a T-plan layout and is a single storey. On the west elevation, there are two segmental arched doorways with plank doors and a segmental arched window, along with a later window that has a flat head. The rear elevation includes two pig stys with stone coped pen walls attached, as well as two loft entrances above. The outbuilding is listed for its group value only.
