Description

No. 35 Low Pavement is a late 18th century to early 19th century building featuring a facade made of painted brick with a moulded coping along the parapet. The structure stands three storeys tall and has two sash windows with glazing bars on the top floor. As a corner building, its facade facing Tontine Road includes one sash window with glazing bars on the second floor. The ground floor has an altered shop front from the late 19th century to early 20th century that extends around the corner to the Tontine Road facade. It is noted that a former long window on the eastern facade, which extended through all three storeys, is said to have been removed and stored.
