Description

West Lawn is a house dating to circa 1840. The front facade facing Abercrombie Road is constructed of ashlar stone, while the rear, facing Newbold Road, is of red brick. The Abercrombie Road facade is two storeys high with three windows, featuring sash windows with glazing bars to the ground floor. A decorative central iron trellis porch is present. The roof is hipped and covered with slate tiles, with bracketed eaves.
