Description

Broadgate is a house dating from around 1840. It is built of ashlar stone and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is two storeys high and has a square, three-bay layout. There is a later addition of a central single-storey porch with a hipped roof. The windows are 12-pane sashes set in chamfered reveals with projecting sills. The corners of the house feature rusticated quoins. The hipped roof is topped with two stone ridge stacks that have bands, as well as one tall rendered lateral stack on the left side.
