Description

Nos 1, 3, and 3A on Abercrombie Street are buildings dating from around 1840. They are constructed from ashlar stone and feature a band at the first floor level. The roofs are hipped and covered with slates. The buildings are two storeys tall, with each having two sash windows that include glazing bars. Number 1 has a door topped with a plain rectangular fanlight. The west side elevation showcases a wide, two-storey pedimented stone bay along with another window. Number 3 includes a one-storey outshut on the east side, which provides an entrance to Number 3A.
