Newbold Fields is an early 19th-century building located on Dunston Road in Dunston. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a stone band at the first-floor sill. The building has a hipped slate roof and stands two storeys tall. It has three sash windows with glazing bars. At the center, there is a portico topped with a pedimented stone hood.
