Description
Hall Cottages is a house and cottage that have been combined into one building, dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with one brick ridge stack and one gable end stack. The building has a brick dentil eaves cornice and stands three storeys tall.
The east elevation has six bays. There is an off-centre 19th-century brick porch that includes a raised and fielded panelled door with a rectangular overlight above it. To the right of the porch is a glazing bar sash window set under a segmental head. To the left, there are two similar windows, a doorway with a segmental head and another raised and fielded panelled door, followed by another similar window. Above, there are five similar windows, one of which has casements. Additionally, there are three casement windows under the eaves, along with two blocked windows.
