Description

Home Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick, featuring coped gables, brick dentilled eaves, and end ridge brick stacks. The roof is plain tiled, and the building has an 'L' plan layout. The southwest elevation consists of two storeys and attics, with three bays, although the centre first floor window is blocked. The windows have broad cast iron frames with glazing bars and small central opening lights, all set beneath segmental brick arched heads. The central doorway is plain, with a simple plank door beneath a segmental arched opening. Each gable has a smaller attic window with a segmental arched head. Additionally, there is a two-storey rear wing at the southeast end.
