Description

The garden walls located to the west of the farm outbuilding and west of the stables at Wingfield Hall date from the late 18th century. These walls enclose a garden on a south-facing sloping site, measuring approximately 50 by 41 metres. They are constructed of coursed rubble sandstone, with heights varying between 1.5 and 3 metres, and feature flat copings. The inner skin of the walls is made of brickwork. The walls are listed for their group value.
